Happy 2020 - what are your home ownership goals?
Were your holidays restful or eventful? Did you get to unwind or was it go go go?
While I had a welcome break from working, life outside of work still kept me very busy through the holiday season. Once 2020 came to see me, worked ramped up immediately! It seems as though exploring property ownership landed on quite a few peoples’ 2020 resolution lists.
Whenever you decide that its time to start this exploration, dive in and do it! There is no reason to wait on figuring out how to start inching those dreams in to reality.
When I first meet with a client, we’re going to talk about property goals, their current financial situation, and what will be affordable and realistic going forward. I also find that most people are very curious about the financing process, and have a lot of questions! This is great! One of my main philosophies is that knowledge is power, and I like to make sure my clients feel empowered.
